e-Draw Management Solution for Town and Country Planning Haryana
An online platform for the department to publish housing schemes, receives online applications, conduct scrutiny, and approve applications. The system enables online allotment of housing units to successful applicants.
The Town and Country Planning Department required a digital platform to manage the complete draw process for allotment of units in various projects. The objective was to ensure transparency, efficiency, and automation in handling applications, scrutiny, draw execution, and allotment management.
An End-to-End e-Draw Management Solution was developed and implemented to digitize the entire lifecycle of the draw process, from project publication to allotment and refund management.
The department faced several operational challenges:
- Manual processing of applications and documentation
- Lack of a centralized system for project publication and application management
- Time-consuming scrutiny and approval processes
- Difficulty in managing large numbers of applications
- Limited transparency in the draw process
- Delays in refund processing for unsuccessful applicants
A dedicated website was developed for:
- Publishing project details
- Accepting online applications from participants
- Collecting application fees through online payment systems
