The Directorate of Urban Local Bodies Haryana required a centralized digital platform to manage outdoor advertisement permissions, auctions, and revenue collection across municipal authorities in the state.

The system is currently used by Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, and Municipal Committees across Haryana, enabling them to digitally manage advertisement permissions, auctions, and monitoring activities.
